Great customer service. No fault to the agent that help us. However, GMC policy is a hinder to customer satisfaction. The policy limited to certain type of cars that a rental company can provide. Enterprise Rental has only two cars available, and both are not in a good condition to drive.

Our car buying experience went smoothly. Very easy process. Our salesman Benjamin did a great job answering any questions or concerns we had with our trade in process. The person who met me was very helpful and did a simply test to indicate the trouble was in some way related to the braking system. She (Taylor) was very helpful and noted it would probably take time to get the full analysis and then make the needed repairs. She would know later if parts were available or needed to be ordered. She was very friendly and helpful. I was informed when the car was ready and papers were already prepared so that I could pay for the service and get back to work quickly.

Staff is friendly although they did not keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call or text every time to know the status of my vehicle. My vehicle sat for 15 days before it got looked at which was the longest of any visit to a service center. After approval it was only a few days until I got the vehicle back although I was lied to about when the vehicle would be ready. In the end the vehicle works like new so it was okay in the end except for the waiting period. Quality of work is exceptional so if needed I will return here for service.

I've already done this process. My car since it had been serviced. Have not been starting normally. It states my key is not detected. I have to lock my car and unlock the car several times just so I can press on the break and then push start the car.

I scheduled a 7:00 AM appointment for a basic oil change at AutoNation, expecting quick and efficient service. By 9:15 AM - over two hours later - I was told they had “bad news.” The bad news? They didn’t have oil in stock and would need to go purchase some, meaning even more waiting. This is completely unacceptable. If you’re scheduling appointments for oil changes, the most basic expectation is that you have oil on hand to perform the service. How does a professional automotive service center run out of oil for a scheduled appointment? This suggests either poor inventory management, lack of communication between departments, or simply not taking customer appointments seriously. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a service that should have taken 30-45 minutes at most. The fact that no one checked inventory before my arrival - or bothered to call and reschedule - shows a fundamental lack of respect for customers’ time. I cannot recommend this AutoNation location to anyone who values their time and expects basic professional standards. A scheduled appointment should mean you’re prepared to perform the service, not that you’ll figure it out after the customer arrives.

The salesman was great. However AutoNation added expensive dealer options onto the sales prices that were only removed at our request. AutoNation should be more honest about the options and ask the customer if they want them rather than making it appear as an required purchase. This is a dishonest practice.

I told him that my daughter was leaving town this weekend and I wanted to address these items on the vehicle. Went in to get a the motor replaced on my passenger side step and this took 2 weeks after I was told it wouldn’t take that long.. motor was order and after it arrived it still took a week to fix ! Sorry to say but your service isn’t that good .. looks like u need more stalls and more mechanics!!

Dropped of my GMC Yukon June 1, 26 to a service tech named Alex due to David Flores calling into work that morning. He wrote down my new phone number on the top of the ticket he had for my vehicle. And was going to let David know everything he needed to about it once he got in, (My phone number never got updated in the system that day and the ticket was supposedly lost that had the phone number info on it). My vehicle should have been completed on a Friday 6/12/26 by the end of day per David Flores the advisor at Chevy south. When I call to check status the phone calls never got returned, so my husband and I went to the facility to check instead. After arriving the vehicle was parked outside of the bay, so we assumed it was done. Turns out supposedly the technician only did one side and not both, so it was going to take a few more days. Chevy actually had my yukon from nov 20 2025 to jan 12 2026, for something very similar. So you can see my frustration. My husband told David that we needed a rental this time due to chevys mistake. They allowed it and I assumed Monday it would be done. Never received a phone call. Was not until tuesday at 5pm, I received an EMAIL, that my vehicle was ready. So as I dont check my emails at all hours of the day, I see it that late afternoon when they were already closed. The next day we go to pick up the vehicle and drop off rental, and he proceeds to say since it was ready yesterday, I would be charged with the day rental car. He has not idea where the paper where the new phone number went and he didnt have another way to contact besides email. Not only is that not my fault, that should fall back on him and the process from the dealership. He was very rude, always so unprofessional, and quite frankly lazy. For his fellow co-workers that morning of drop off to agree that he is never in the office and doesn't return calls, says a lot about that man. I will never take my vehicle back there again. I would rather make the drive to another city than to go back there.

Lack of communication. Was told my vehicle was ready for pick up but the 2nd issued had not been repaired. Adviser never gave me an option for that 2nd issued so i had to leave my car a 3rd week to get that 2nd issued reparied. So only One of the two issues was repaired at that time. My Terrain was scheduled for transmission maintenance, and other maintenance. Jason my advisor had my car in que to be serviced promptly. He kept me up to date and provided a text number if I had questions while car was in shop. He also pointed out bottled water, coffee, etc. in the waiting area. My car was ready in the time as promised with a super car wash all before 11am. Great way to start a Monday! Thank you, Jason at GMC AUTONATION IN Corpus Christi.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the length of time my vehicle was in the shop. It would take over 12 to 15 calls a day, on hold for over 20 mins at a time to get to the service advisor. I picked up my car after three weeks and the “check engine light” came back on and my vehicle is still having the same problem :(
