Jason has always been great with communicating throughout the service process. He knows us by name and makes my wife and I feel welcomed. Yesterday after we picked up our 2023 Yukon Denali with a very light parchment interior we found several dirt or grease marks on the door, seat, glove box and etc. we are very anal about the interior of the vehicle since it’s so light.

I was promptly greeted, explained my car's problems, and was given a number to call and email to check back in with the gentleman with whom I first met. He informed me of the problems with the car later and noted when the service was finished. The service was done promptly, and I was pleased with the working of the auto after that. Over a span of 32 days, my vehicle remained at your service department for what was ultimately described as a simple in-stock sensor replacement. Despite multiple assurances from GM, I was not provided a loaner vehicle, and communication was non existence from Jason. After three weeks with little progress, I made the decision to relocate my vehicle to another repair facility. Upon arriving to pick it up, I discovered damage to the passenger side. I was upset and now my vacation was a waste and roadtrip cancelled. George intervened at that point and took steps to address the situation, which I appreciated. When I took possession of the vehicle 11 days later, it was very dirty. I immediately had it washed and inspected, only to find paint overspray across the rear suspension. Additionally, the lane keeping system and cruise control are no longer operational.

My truck broke down 200 yards down the street from my house. I called AutoNation Chevy service department in Corpus Christi and spoke to Richard. I told Richard that we where planed to leave town the next morning for a 3 month vacation. Richard said he thinks he knows what is wrong with truck and thinks he could get it fixed for me that day. Tow truck got my truck to dealership by 2 PM and at 4:30 PM Richard called and said my truck is fixed and ready for pick up. Picked truck up at 5 PM. 1st off I get it your short handed. Y'all gotta do better if you got an appointment honor it. Mine was not honored and then to boot my dash camera install was my primary reason for service was installed with the rear facing camera upside down. I fixed that myself here at home yesterday. Would like a refund, but y'all did most of the hard work. Just not satisfied with the issue of your appointment scheduling. You nice folks working there good customer skills, but them appointments are BS. Remedy for that issue is to honor them by being upfront and say it's gonna be an all day affair or set an appointment that you can honor a few more days out.

My truck was towed to the dealership on May 27 and I did not get it back until August 5. Lack of communication was the problem . As a customer I was excepting at least a weekly status on the progress of my truck, instead we were having to call and my wife even went over to speak to the manager. As a longtime customer I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and the amount of days my truck was in the shop.

Purchased car end of June, lost my son on July 4th so the whole month of June car driven very little. My son in law was reviewing the car noticed 2 screws were missing from the protective cover in the boot of the car were missing. Took car in and one of your workers checking out the problem said that they were probably pulled out and that it was going to be hard to prove.. I asked prove what? He took the car to the back and when they were done he opened the back door and said that it was all they could do. The cover was loose and another screw had been twisted, it also fell out a couple of days later. Then I had a flat tire, they told my daughter to bring the flat tire in and ask for Julian. When I arrived he was gone for the day. Zac was the only one there and he said it would take 2-3 work days for new tire to arrive. On Wednesday morning I called, they finally located the tire and she set me up for 12:30pm and ask for Julian. When I arrived there Julian said I did not have an appointment. After some discussion he said to go ahead and leave the car and they would go ahead and change out the tire. At 2pm I approached Julian and the tire had still not been changed out so I asked for my keys. I had to pick up grandkids from school. He said we can take the car to the back now. I agreed and again it took almost an hour. They didnt properly replace the plastic liner in th boot of the car after they opened it to replace the doughnut in its place. There are 3 screws still missing from the protective car for the back seat. So, yes, I am very unhappy with the service I have received there.

Great customer service. No fault to the agent that help us. However, GMC policy is a hinder to customer satisfaction. The policy limited to certain type of cars that a rental company can provide. Enterprise Rental has only two cars available, and both are not in a good condition to drive.

Poor communication and customer service. Vehicle appointment was scheduled in advance for drop-off at 08:20. Entire appointment took 10hrs to complete. Service tech called to advise a break change was needed and I approved. I asked if it would take longer and they estimated it would be ready by 3 or 4p. No further updates or coordination were given. Attempted to contact the service tech again for an update around 3 or 4p. When asked by the service director after vehicle completion (6p) if everything was ok, I was transparent about my frustrations with customer service. This was met with a flurry of excuses showing this department has no accountability for customer service and customer communication. It’s apparent that this service department lacks leadership. My vehicle will not be returning to this dealership.

Staff is friendly although they did not keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call or text every time to know the status of my vehicle. My vehicle sat for 15 days before it got looked at which was the longest of any visit to a service center. After approval it was only a few days until I got the vehicle back although I was lied to about when the vehicle would be ready. In the end the vehicle works like new so it was okay in the end except for the waiting period. Quality of work is exceptional so if needed I will return here for service.

The person who met me was very helpful and did a simply test to indicate the trouble was in some way related to the braking system. She (Taylor) was very helpful and noted it would probably take time to get the full analysis and then make the needed repairs. She would know later if parts were available or needed to be ordered. I scheduled a 7:00 AM appointment for a basic oil change at AutoNation, expecting quick and efficient service. By 9:15 AM - over two hours later - I was told they had “bad news.” The bad news? They didn’t have oil in stock and would need to go purchase some, meaning even more waiting. This is completely unacceptable. If you’re scheduling appointments for oil changes, the most basic expectation is that you have oil on hand to perform the service. How does a professional automotive service center run out of oil for a scheduled appointment? This suggests either poor inventory management, lack of communication between departments, or simply not taking customer appointments seriously. I wasted my entire morning waiting for a service that should have taken 30-45 minutes at most. The fact that no one checked inventory before my arrival - or bothered to call and reschedule - shows a fundamental lack of respect for customers’ time. I cannot recommend this AutoNation location to anyone who values their time and expects basic professional standards. A scheduled appointment should mean you’re prepared to perform the service, not that you’ll figure it out after the customer arrives.
