It all started with a phone call while I was on the road and enroute to Corpus. The representative was willing to squeeze me in. It was an oil change, but still I felt if my issues were bigger, she would have accommodated the additional needs. Immediately upon entering the service area, the gentleman behind the desk acknowledged me and made me feel welcomed. We had a short but very pleasant conversation. Jason was the service representative assigned to the service of my GMC. I Immediately was made to feel like I was the only customer on the books for the day. Jason was professional and yet pleasant in our bantering while waiting to get everything entered in the computer. In case you didnāt know, They offer a commutes within the city while your vehicle is in for service. Regina provided the transportation and was friendly and clearly demonstrated the love for job . With all that being said , the service department went above, and beyond any service that I have encountered over the years. Thank you all for the great experience and keep up the great job
